ClickFlowGrow provides services. To cancel a service, use the notice periods already set out below: minimum 7-day written notice before a project starts, and 30-day written notice for retainer services. No refunds once work has commenced. Deposits are non-refundable after work has begun, and milestone payments are non-refundable for completed work.
Marketing Services
For marketing services, the following terms apply:
- Project Cancellation: Minimum 7-day written notice required before project start
- Active Projects: No refunds once work has commenced
- Retainer Services: 30-day written notice required for cancellation
- Deposits: Non-refundable after work has begun
- Milestone Payments: Non-refundable for completed work
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Custom development work
- Completed marketing deliverables
- Used API credits
- Training or consultation sessions already delivered
- Setup or onboarding fees
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit your refund request to [email protected]
- Include your account details, service details, and reason for refund
- Expect a response within 48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Service Cancellations
For ongoing services, to cancel you must:
- Provide written notice to [email protected]
- Complete the minimum notice period (7 days for projects, 30 days for retainers)
- Settle any outstanding payments
- Receive final deliverables and exports of your data
Exceptions
We may consider exceptions to this policy for:
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Failure to meet guaranteed service levels
- Major system outages exceeding 24 hours
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy requirements.
